The board concept of losses preventing and its extended horizons carries several and increasable responsibilities toward the extensive protection objectives for industrial installations against all predictable risks and under all circumstances; that requires providing the best means of protection for those installations.

In brief the concept of losses preventing in installations is that the entire special measures taken to prevent the individuals and the installation against all threatening risks. Therefore it is a must for all levels in all-different installations to be well acquainted with how to carry out this concept by the means of knowing all sciences and knowledge concerning this field.

The concept of losses preventing in different installations has special bases upon which agree those who prefer scientific aspect to other ways of thinking. It also has concepts, principles, methods, and equipment that were developed in many countries. These principles, concepts, and methods became the base of that concept and without them the minimum degree of security and safety in installations will not be found. These principles must be applied to provide precaution and protection for both the human factor of the production infrastructures and the other basic production elements for which safety environments should be provided all the times and every where. Therefore I have designed these specialized programs that are the results of years of practical experience in practicing the concepts of losses preventing in different installations at all levels to provide science and knowledge in this field in order to achieve the best precaution, insurance, and protection for the industrial installations.
